At TIME+TIDE Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and tags, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
